Products made from AeroQuest’s fiber reinforced thermoplastic sandwich panels are lighter in weight, stronger and more durable, highly impact resistant and are less costly to produce than similar products made from conventional materials and manufacturing processes.

Not only are the products produced stronger and lighter, but the technology allows for nearly all products to be made without releasing volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) into the atmosphere as occurs with the conventional thermoset “fiberglass” process. Being “thermoplastic”, most manufacturing waste can be recycled into new products.
